$15,640 Paid For Sawmill and timber lands

A sale of property partly located within Jeff Davis Parish, the consideration being $15,644, was recorded in the Clerk of Court’s Office this week, showing that the Clear Creek Lumber Company, owned by S.H. Bolinger and Co., of Shereveport, was sold to Arthur L Franklin. The property comprises saw mills and timber lands located in Allen, Beauregard and Jeff Davis parishes.
